job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the chemical or petrochemical location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for and report on any suspicious activities or security-related hazards throughout the location. Follow all instructions related to site access control, including checking credentials and verifying authorized personnel. Document and communicate all incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift as required by Allied Universal and site protocols. Remain alert to potential security-related risks unique to chemical and petrochemical environments and report concerns promptly to appropriate parties. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Job Description
As a Security Officer - Chemical Patrol Driver in Boyertown, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location. You will remain visible, monitor assigned areas, and engage with individuals onsite, providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post that requires meeting Allied Universal's driver policy requirements. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
