This position reports to :

US Spare Parts & Repair Center Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at the repair center and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations / experience. The work model for the role is : Onsite in Bartlesville, OK

This role is contributing to the Analytical and Instrumentation Service Division. Main stakeholders are customers, sales, and manufacturing operations. You will be mainly accountable for :

• Customer experience and coordinating the end-to-end warranty and / or revenue repair.
• Support activities that meet the KPIs (delivery, revenue, safety, quality, integrity, etc.) required to successfully manage the business
• Collaborating with our factories for oversees repairs and / or warranty requests.
• Working with our planners, shipping teams, feeder factories, quality teams on a daily basis
