Location : Seattle, WA

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $67,000 – $71,500 per year + up to 15% annual bonus (paid quarterly)

In this role, you’ll take ownership of apartment turnovers, supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams, and ensure top-notch readiness for incoming guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full property turnover and apartment preparation process.
• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping and maintenance team members.
• Perform detailed inspections prior to guest check-ins.
• Ensure units are fully functional, including furniture setup, technology installation, and minor repairs.
• Maintain inventory, tools, and company vehicles.
• Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
