Salary : $29 - $32 per hour

Schedule : Full-time; Tuesday - Saturday; 8am - 5pm

Floating Maintenance Technician Purpose :

As a Floating Maintenance Technician you will be assisting with different Thrive communities on a day to day basis. You will get exposure on lease-ups to stabilized and garden-style to high-rises. The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor and / or Maintenance Team in maintaining the physical integrity of the community, in a manner consistent with Thrive’s Values. This involves ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor. In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.
