This role plays a key part in managing purchasing activities, tracking inventory, verifying billing accuracy, and supporting month-end financial processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of cost accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities :

• Create and monitor Purchase Orders (POs), including tracking open POs and ensuring data accuracy.
• Validate PO line items to confirm accurate receipt of goods and services.
• Ensure vendor invoices align with POs and confirm there are no duplicate charges.
• Work closely with regional administrators to ensure proper issuance of inventory items (e.g., beacons, routers, cabinets) to jobs.
• Assist with month-end close checklist and data validation for the monthly financial reporting.
