We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth functioning of our industrial equipment and systems. With a broad range of responsibilities including repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and scheduling, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and challenge in their work.

Responsibilities

As an Industrial Maintenance Lead, your key responsibilities will include :

1. Leading, guiding, and managing a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal performance of all industrial equipment and machinery.

2. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

3. Performing troubleshooting and repair tasks on a wide range of equipment including motors, conveyors, pumps, and other mechanical systems.

4. Demonstrating expertise in handling pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

5. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all maintenance operations.

6. Scheduling and overseeing routine inspections and maintenance activities.

7. Coordinating with other departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.

8. Identifying opportunities for process and equipment improvements and implementing appropriate solutions.

9. Training and mentoring team members on new equipment and maintenance techniques.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Industrial Maintenance Lead position, you must possess the following :

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing space.

2. Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, and other industrial machinery.

3. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

4. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance techniques and scheduling.

5. 3yrs+ experience as Maintenance Lead or Supervisor, with excellent leadership and team management skills.

6. The ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and make sound decisions under pressure.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with other departments.

8. A degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is preferred.

9. Certifications in safety management and equipment maintenance would be an added advantage.
