Overview of Position : The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly locker area, assisting guests in any way possible. They ensure guest satisfaction by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for members and guests.

Job Duties :

• Responsible for greeting and dispensing information to all guests. This involves approaching guests, inquiring if they have any questions and being able to respond professionally.
• Maintain full working knowledge of resort prices, programs, events, weather and trail conditions.
• Assist with maintaining a neat lodge and grounds.
• Turn on all TV screens and check all boot dryers at beginning of each shift.
• Ensure that the café area tables and chairs are lined up correctly and kept clean.
• Perform basic cleaning, tidying, and restocking of restrooms. Contact facilities team for assistance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with posted Club rules and guest policies.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to dress code at all times.

Work Schedule and Conditions : We are in the business of providing a premier product and guest experience. This position requires availability for all weekends and holidays during the season beginning the weekend before Christmas and ending the final weekend in March.
