We are seeking a Director of Program Inclusion to be the central orchestrator of our allowance recovery strategy, you will drive cross-functional collaboration across Global Strategic Procurement (GSP), Client Management, Business Intelligence, and Finance.

This position is based out of our Waltham, MA or Lake Worth, FL . (We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact :

• Lead Recovery Initiatives :

Own and drive the end-to-end allowance take-back mitigation process, from initial claim validation through dispute resolution with impacted vendors and partners.

Partner with GSP to identify contract discrepancies, collaborate with Client Managers to ensure operator alignment, and work with BI / Finance to reconcile and validate allowance revenue streams.

Continuously monitor allowance flows, proactively identify anomalies or trends, and escalate potential risks to minimize future take-back exposure.

Develop and implement commercial strategies and recovery tactics based on data insights, ensuring fast-cycle iteration and adaptability throughout the dispute process.

About you :

Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive outcomes without direct authority across diverse teams. Challenge the Status quo.

Experience with allowances, GPO economics, pricing strategy, or financial analytics.

Deep understanding of how allowance structures and exclusions impact business operations and client relationships.

Demonstrated track record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments. Create visual measurement of impact to bring attention to areas of success and areas that need focus.
