Key Responsibilities
Manage execution of Home Care's strategic priorities and track projects to completion
Analyze provider performance and consumer trends to identify opportunities and support business cases
Implement project management processes and drive operational excellence across initiatives
Required Qualifications
4+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, or program management
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or product management certification preferred
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery
Highly organized, adaptable, and execution-oriented
Startup or growth-stage company experience preferred
