We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Public Relations Assistant to support our communications team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing media materials, coordinating public appearances, tracking coverage, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. Responsibilities

  • Support the development and distribution of press releases, media advisories, and client communications.
  • Monitor and compile media coverage reports and maintain media contact databases.
  • Assist in preparing briefing materials and talking points for clients and leadership.
  • Help coordinate public events, interviews, and press conferences.
  • Maintain brand consistency and voice across all client-facing materials.
  • Research media trends and identify new opportunities for brand placement.
  • Liaise with internal teams to support strategic PR campaigns.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a public relations or communications role (internships included).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic media monitoring tools.
