- Performing comprehensive nursing assessments to recognize changes in patient status.\n
- Creating and updating individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members.\n
- Implementing direct care and delegating appropriate nursing tasks to ensure high-quality patient care.\n
- Monitoring and evaluating patient outcomes, revising care plans as needed.\n
- Adhering to safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a safe and effective healthcare environment.\n

- Education : Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.\n
- Experience : One year of experience as a registered nurse, or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program.\n\nRequired Certifications\n
