North America Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities This individual will be responsible for supporting the North America Supply Chain organization with sourcing projects related to elevator components. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Support sourcing activities including RFQ / RFI preparation and analysis
• Gather drawings and technical requirements for RFQs
• Schedule technical reviews with suppliers and engineering as needed
• Submit first article inspection requests through internal applications and follow up with involved parties until completion
• Update internal RFQ tracking systems
• Load supplier pricing in ERP system
• Follow up with awarded suppliers for timely implementation
• Work with other functional departments for cadence reporting

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Education BS or BA in engineering (open to business or supply chain degree)

Experience Minimum of 3 years related experience in an engineering or supply chain function Relevant experience in manufacturing companies Ability to read Engineering drawings and work with drawing databases Proficient in MS office products including Excel and PowerPoint. MS Access a plus. Experience using JD Edwards (JDE) applications and processes Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
