Build high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using React, Java, and MySQL. Collaborate and assist with Product Management. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to optimize software quality, delivery speed, and system reliability. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards in software development. 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Expertise in React.js and proficiency using and developing front-end applications. Ability to develop front-end UI / UX from Figma designs and mockups. In-depth knowledge of modern HTML / CSS while using Tailwind CSS. Proven experience in the development of large-scale, distributed systems and high-traffic applications. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to drive technical strategy and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Experience working with Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and MySQL environment. Experience with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (AWS CDK). Ability to create responsive designs and interactive elements using Figma. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
