We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work in our Design Center here at Old Dominion Floor Co. We would love to find someone with experience in the Flooring Industry, but we are not opposed to training the "right person" with little to no experience. An ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys helping and assisting clients through the sales process. Someone who can utilize Microsoft outlook to keep up with a busy schedule. Being a team player is important when working alongside the Outside Sales Representatives.

We are a family-oriented company and have been in business for over 37 years. Old Dominion Floor Co. takes pride in providing the best floor covering in the Richmond area. We are a medium-sized business with about 60 employees.

We offer health benefits and paid holidays. You will be paid salary plus a monthly commission.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Knowledgeable about floor covering products
• Assist customers in the Design Center
• Ability to read Blueprints
• Meet sales forecast and deadlines
• keep up with ODFC fast-paced work environment
• Sell products and services to customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Collaborate with colleagues
