Overview
Administrative Support Coordinator II role at San José State University The Administrative Support Coordinator II provides administrative support for the Academic Resource Office and the Deans Office under direct supervision, reporting to the Director of Resources and Operations for the Lurie College of Education and receiving work lead from the Associate Resource Analyst. Responsibilities include providing accurate, timely, and consistent support for faculty research, the Institute for Emancipatory Education, and other college ORUs; serving as the initial contact and providing customer service to students, faculty, administrators, and the community. Other tasks include completing payments, preparing new hire packets, front-line receptionist duties, and other related activities for the Academic Resource Office and the Deans Office.

CSU Salary Range : $4,058 / month - $6,653 / month
