Otolaryngologist (ENT Specialist) – Multiple Locations

We are actively seeking board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologists to join a dynamic, clinic-based practice with surgical collaboration across hospitals and surgery centers. This is a full-time opportunity with flexibility for part-time consideration in select cases.

Locations

Santa Fe, NM (Option to reside in Los Alamos)

Roswell, NM (Urgent need)

Laredo, TX (Urgent need)

Position Overview

Setting : Clinic-based with OR cases at affiliated hospitals and surgery centers

Schedule : Full-time preferred; part-time

Shifts : Daytime hours; minimal weekend / on-call (limited to post-op calls for own patients)

Patient Volume : 20–25 patients per day in clinic

Start Date : Immediate openings available

Interview Process :

Initial phone screening

Virtual interview with hiring manager

Virtual team interview

Final onsite visit

Feedback typically provided within a few days

Candidate Profile

Open to fellowship, new graduates and experienced ENT physicians

Must be able to perform in-office procedures
