Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a UX Researcher / Content Strategist who will validate the information architecture and design of the site through research, content audits, and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct content inventory, audit, and gap analysis
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and citizen usability testing
• Validate information architecture, taxonomy, and navigation
• Develop content guidelines to ensure clarity, accessibility, and consistency
• Provide recommendations for search usability and service-oriented navigation
