We're seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the Roofing President and leadership team. This role is responsible for shaping financial strategy, enabling execution, and driving value creation. It blends financial leadership with enterprise thinkingensuring the business delivers on its commitments to shareholders, customers, and employees while positioning for long-term growth.

Reports to : Owens Corning Roofing President, and a dotted line into OC's Chief Finance Officer

Span of Control : 80+ Finance professionals

Location : World Headquarters Toledo, Ohio

Job Responsibilities

• Drive business results and deliver profitable growth through partnerships with Sales and Operations, Marketing, GMs and R&D.
• Develop and communicate a compelling financial narrative to effectively engage and influence investors, stakeholders, and the broader market.
• Embed external shareholder perspective into decision-making and resource allocation.
• Shape and support business strategy through financial planning, portfolio analysis, and capital deployment.
• Deliver actionable insights that drive competitive advantage, margin expansion, and long-term growth.
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and financial outcomes.
