Northrop Grumman is looking for a savvy, strategic Communications professional to shape and deliver compelling communications to support our Aeronautics Systems strategic communications team. Reporting to the manager of content and channel strategy, this role is responsible for helping to strategically align and shape communications messaging for business priorities.

This position may work from one of the following locations : Melbourne, FL; El Segundo, CA; Palmdale, CA; San Diego, CA; or Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the creation of content for business focus areas and priorities, partnering with functional colleagues and leadership to align to business objectives
• Leading, preparing and positioning subject matter experts for strategic communications opportunities across internal and external channels
• Partnering with communications colleagues to develop a holistic and integrated communication strategy to achieve business and communication goals
• Preparing and sharing metrics on communications efforts and leveraging those results to evolve strategies and approaches to achieve business objectives

Compensation and Benefits

Primary Level Salary Range : $91,200.00 - $136,800.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
