Location : Hybrid – Schaumburg, IL (Onsite once per week)

Innova Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Associate to support the end-to-end procurement process in a hybrid role based in Schaumburg. This position plays a critical role in facilitating supplier setup, managing purchase orders, and assisting with procurement planning in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support across procurement activities
• Manage supplier onboarding and maintenance, including bank detail verification within Coupa
• Create and monitor purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
• Assist in procurement planning and execution, tracking milestones and deliverables
• Maintain and update contract records and process invoices through Coupa
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement workflows

Qualifications
