Location :  Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation :  Starting at  $38.01 - $44.56, plus $1.50 per hour shift differential

Shift :  6 : 30PM – 6 : 48AM (3 days on, 4 days off)

We are looking for talented Electro-Mechanics to join our team! This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location.  We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence : Your Responsibilities

• Provide electrical / electronic and mechanical diagnostics and perform repairs to process machinery,

Skills / Requirements

Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.

Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Key Qualifications

High School diploma / GED, and associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or equivalent training in the theory and application of electro-mechanical devices required.

Must complete a written technical skills evaluation and receive a passing score on the STM (Standard Timing Model) assessment.

Must be capable of operating a fork truck.

Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to meet Kohler Company’s MVR Guidelines and maintain good standing

Must provide own tools.

Physical Capability :  Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
