We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy, motivate new team member who is willing to work hard, learn and always put the customer first!

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting the Service Manager with Interacting with customers & team mates in a friendly & helpful manner in order to create a comfortable relationship with the customer
  • Effectively scheduling service appointments
  • Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment, positive, long term customer relations and associate satisfaction.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
  • 1 to 2 years automotive industry experience preferred
  • High school diploma or its equivalency.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred)
  • A professional personal appearance
  • Oral and written communication skills; and an ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
