job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDrive company vehicle to customer homes Diagnose and repair garage doors and openers Recommend products and services (training provided) Perform installations and repairs Serve about 5 customers daily $20 / hr during training, then $25 / hr+ once fully trained Commission & bonus opportunities Overtime available Healthcare, paid vacation, PTO, retirement plan No garage door experience required — training provided Mechanically inclined, reliable, and a strong team player Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to lift 75 lbs safely Valid driver’s license with 5+ years clean record Able to pass background check and drug test Consistent work history and desire for long-term career growth Experience in garage doors, construction, or trades Bilingual (English / Spanish)
