THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

Program Managers are strategic leaders who work closely with marketers and product teams to plan and manage creative projects. They forecast work, ensure alignment with marketing goals, mitigate risks, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver world‑class creative experiences.

Planning

• Prioritize projects with Marketing and Product Leadership based on strategic impact, business objectives, and available resources
• Understand and influence creative plans, especially for in‑product experiences
• Proactively identify and frame marketing or advertising challenges
• Take a strategic approach to problem‑solving and drive creative solutions
• Advocate for creative innovation and new initiatives
• Plan and coordinate resource needs across multiple projects
