job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDay Shift Paid Training Employee Referral Bonus Medical, Dental and Vision 401K with company match Paid Time Off NO WAITING PERIOD Paid Holidays Company culture grounded in customer service and values its people Complete daily deposits and deliver to bank Receive inventory; match and code invoices Administer accounts payable / receivable functions Process credit applications in conjunction with Accounts Receivable department Generate pick-tickets for orders to the warehouse Maintain petty cash and special refund accounts Inquire as to customer needs as related to additional sales, services, etc. Utilize marketing materials (i.e. tabloids, etc.) Record sales and deliveries information on daily sales and / or delivery records One year of administrative experience (coding invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivables, inventory receiving, bank deposits, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, powerpoint, etc) Customer service focus to customers and team members Good oral and written communication skills The role is a physically active role Will be required to lift, pick, pull, and stock heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50+ lbs with lift assist devices Will be required to stand for long periods of time on a variety of surfaces and will be required to operate a forklift Will frequently be required to : walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing and climbing Will frequently use a computer in the course of completing daily activities Exposure to typical inside and outside environmental conditions, including, but not limited to dirt, dust, vibration, minimal chemical hazards, noise and temperature variances Exposure to retail operations, vehicle services, and general warehouse environment including forklift traffic, inventory staging proper safety protocols are expected
