As a Field Service Engineer, you will support the needs of our customers, directly impacting patient health and overall well-being. This position reports to the Sr. Area Service Manager and works remotely to cover the Minneapolis, MN territory.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Install, repair, calibrate, clean, and test instruments using logical troubleshooting procedures in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Review solutions with customers; discuss needs and ensure a safe operation situation.
• Maintain a field parts inventory, testing devices, and tools. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at the customer site and in the company vehicle.

The hourly range for this role is $32.00 / hour - $35.00 / hour. This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.

Residency within the Minneapolis, MN area or ability to relocate required
