A company is looking for an Executive Support Tier 3 Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level IT support to executives, addressing complex technical issues across various systems
Act as the final escalation point for unresolved technical problems from lower-tier support teams
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues and support enterprise initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2+ years in a Tier 3 or senior executive support role
Advanced knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security
Strong understanding of Active Directory, Exchange / Outlook, and MDM tools
Experience with AV systems and remote troubleshooting in various environments
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or CompTIA are preferred
