A company is looking for an Associate Software Support Technician to provide technical and engineering support to customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer tickets and calls / emails
Provide solution support for existing clients and document technical inquiries in the ticketing system
Foster strong customer relationships and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support environment
Minimum 2 years of experience in a technology environment with a software / hardware background
Knowledge of customer support best practices, including support case lifecycle
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
