Schedule : Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil / Criminal Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will bring solid trial experience , strong analytical skills , and a comprehensive understanding of both civil and criminal law . This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, provide strategic legal counsel, and represent clients in a variety of proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil and criminal trials, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies
• Provide clients with clear guidance on legal rights, obligations, and case developments
• Negotiate settlements and plea agreements as appropriate
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while managing multiple active cases
