We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a strategic HR transformation initiative leveraging ServiceNow HRSD. This role will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing workflows, and supporting integration efforts across platforms like Workday, E

• TRADE, and Fidelity.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate : $65 - $75 / hr. w2

Responsibilities :

Lead the translation of functional HR requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Design and build complex ServiceNow HRSD workflows, including permissions and role-based access.

Document integration requirements and data flows across systems (e.g., Workday, benefits platforms).

Collaborate with implementation specialists (e.g., Rajesh and Sylesh) to hand off configuration-ready documentation.

Drive and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development and execution tracking.

Partner with the Product Manager to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

Map end-to-end data flows and system interactions across HR platforms.

Experience Requirements :

5+ years of experience as a BSA, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow HRSD.

Strong understanding of HR processes and systems integration.

Proven experience in workflow design and technical documentation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with UAT planning and execution.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
