Job Title : Manager of Residences

Location : San Francisco, CA (On-site with travel to other properties)

Salary : $250,000 – $300,000 + bonus and benefits

A prominent UHNW family is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Senior Estate Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and staffing of a multi-estate portfolio. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to step into a leadership role supporting multiple world-class properties while working closely with a collaborative and hands-on team.

While prior experience managing multiple residences is preferred, we are equally interested in candidates who demonstrate strong leadership potential, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided for the right individual who is eager to grow in the role and commit long-term.

The ideal candidate is deeply service-oriented and thrives in a team environment where no task is considered too big or too small. They will bring a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude to their work — whether that’s leading large-scale estate projects, assisting with on-the-ground logistics, or supporting the team with day-to-day household needs.

Key Responsibilities

Property Oversight & Maintenance

• Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance protocols across multiple luxury residences.
• Serve as the primary liaison for property repairs, renovations, and new construction projects.
• Ensure all systems and infrastructure operate seamlessly, with minimal disruption to the principals.
