Each element leads to the unique and layered taste of our beers. We pride ourselves in making great beer and keeping the process and overall experience approachable. Westbound & Down Brewing Company is made of a dynamic team working to provide our community with exceptional service, unique elevated fare, and distinct sophisticated beers.

We are looking for individuals that are passionate about great craft beer, amazing food, excellent guest service, and being a team player.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure every guest experience is special and catered to them
• Provide customers with beer information, history, and be able to answer customer questions about our brand
• Greet guests, answer phones, smile!
• Able to be on your feet for 5-8 hours at a time
• Able to lift up to 20lbs
• Great customer service
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Ability to multi-task under pressure
• Communicate effectively with management in regards to any issues and scheduling
