Overview

Nelson Mullins is looking to add a junior Intellectual Property Associate to its Intellectual Property Litigation, Trademarks and Patent Team. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing team.

We Know You

You have one to two years of meaningful experience inpatent preparation and prosecution with a willingness to also assist in trademark and / or licensing matters.You possessa mechanical engineering or chemical engineering degree.You are admitted in good standing to a state Bar where Nelson Mullins has an office, preference to NC and / or SC, and are admitted to the USPTO as a registered patent attorney.
