SUMMARY :
STW™ is seeking an experienced and well-connected Personal PR Manager to represent Frank, our CEO and Founder, who is the face of the organization. This role focuses exclusively on elevating Frank’s visibility, reputation, and influence, positioning him as a recognized thought leader in environmental and public safety advocacy.
The Personal PR Manager will be responsible for securing media coverage, managing Frank’s LinkedIn presence, coordinating event bookings, and applying for awards and recognitions that spotlight his leadership. The ideal candidate is based in Florida, with established media and PR connections, and brings proven experience working with high-profile individuals. This position requires creativity, initiative, and a polished ability to manage public image with professionalism and impact.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute a PR strategy that enhances Frank’s visibility as the face of STW™
- Secure media opportunities through press outreach, pitching, and relationship building with journalists, influencers, and event organizers
- Manage Frank’s LinkedIn profile, creating engaging, thought-leadership-driven content
- Research and apply for awards, honors, and recognitions on behalf of Frank
- Coordinate speaking engagements, interviews, and event bookings
- Draft and edit press materials, bios, talking points, and public statements
- Monitor media coverage, track PR metrics, and provide reports with recommendations
- Collaborate with STW leadership to align messaging while maintaining exclusive focus on Frank’s profile
- Attend & contribute to PR-related meetings and other organizational meetings as needed
- Complete volunteer timesheet on a weekly basis
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent PR experience working with public figures / executives)3+ years of experience in public relations, with a focus on personal branding or executive visibilityStrong media contacts and established PR relationships in Florida and national outletsProven track record in securing press coverage and managing executive or high-profile public imagesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling narrativesExperience managing professional social media accounts (especially LinkedIn)Strong organizational skills and ability to independently drive projects forwardHigh professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail when representing leadershipA positive, can-do attitude and commitment to advancing STW™’s mission
