Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Roving Assistant Property Manager to join our team as part of our Cedar Rapids Region. We offer up to $23 / hrs, full benefits including 2 weeks paid time off and tuition reimbursement.

We currently manage over 75,000 apartment units in 22 states, making us the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2024). In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks!

• $20-$23 / hrs
