Capital Project Analyst

Position Summary :

The Capital Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the Capital Project Team and FacilitiGroup Engineers in managing the capital program. This includes preparing contracts, reviewing project plans, and managing workflows within eBuilder. The analyst plays a critical role in ensuring timely project initiation, tracking, and closure activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Core Duties :

Prepare contracts for capital projects

Complete project planning reviews using Excel to support funding processes

Initiate new projects in eBuilder and maintain accurate project data

Track workflows and assist project managers with follow-up actions

Set up new users and manage user permissions within eBuilder

Close completed projects in eBuilder

Additional Responsibilities :

Assist with various project management tasks as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience :

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

3–5 years of relevant work experience (required)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and timeliness

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Experience with eBuilder or similar construction project management systems (preferred)

Self-starter with the ability to multitask and follow through with minimal supervision
