As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Licensed Architect who is interested not just in great design but in leadership and potential partnership.

This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps from client contact, through construction documentation, and also construction observation / completion. Key Responsibilities

• Client contact and acquisition
• Create detailed construction documents which clearly define the architectural design
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and alignment with design
• Collaborate with various team members and engineering consultants
• Good communication and organization is a must to ensure timely execution
• Efficient time and project management skills to stay on budget
• Assist in the creation of project proposals
• Develop relationships for on-going and future projects
• Knowledge of local codes
