Overview

Our e-commerce brand is scaling fast. Groom Here sells premium electric shavers to the UK market — and we’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer with the experience and strategy to scale profitable campaigns to high budgets on Facebook and TikTok.

This isn’t about just “running ads.”

This is about building and scaling campaigns that drive millions in revenue — backed by data, systematic creative testing, and a deep understanding of performance marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Strategize, launch, optimize, and scale high-budget Facebook ad campaigns
• Manage and grow TikTok campaigns (currently in early testing phase)
• Oversee creative testing for 30+ weekly ads produced by our creative team
• Direct a junior media buyer handling day-to-day execution tasks
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine concepts that resonate with our audience
• Continuously track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with clear, actionable insights
