You'll be the go-to for training and supervising our staff, tackling customer inquiries and complaints like a pro, and making sure our store policies and procedures are top-notch. Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service Manager as the right-hand person to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to store policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Ensure store policies and procedures are up-to-date and consistently followed.
