We are seeking for a passionate HR Operations Manager, who wants to join a team that defines excellence in hospitality!

Responsibilities :

• Administer / manage daily HR activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance, while providing support in employee relations.
• Manages the recruitment and retention process for the property for both hourly and salaried team members. Ensures fair hiring practices including consistent completion of all new-hire paperwork. Implements and maintains recognition programs that reward and motivate team members and plays key role in administering and following up with Team Member Satisfaction Survey.
• Monitors and administers compensation / benefits for both hourly and salaried team members.
• Manage the onboarding process for the new hires.
• Conduct new hire orientations, and completion of new hire paperwork.
• Tracking and maintaining employee training requirements.
• Lead HR projects to improve process
