We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Accountant to join our growing client in North Dallas. team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in managing project-related financial activities and ensuring accurate accounting processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company in the construction industry.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee project accounting activities, including tracking costs and revenues for multiple construction projects.
• Perform month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Handle billing processes, including generating invoices and reconciling payments.
• Process payroll for project teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize software tools like Procore and Deltek Costpoint, Procore to streamline accounting processes.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address financial queries and provide insights.
• Complete additional accounting-related tasks as assigned to support the team.
