What You'll Do
Continuous Improvement
- Lead transformative lean initiatives across operations
- Identify and implement impactful enhancements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Quality & Root Cause Analysis
Manage systems for tracking and resolving quality issuesConduct root cause analysis and implement CAPACollaborate cross-functionally to promote a quality-first cultureTraining & Knowledge Management
Develop training programs and competency trackingContinuously improve SOPs and work instructionsData Analysis & Reporting
Analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficienciesCreate dashboards and KPIs to support decision-makingERP Optimization
Enhance ERP workflows (BOMs, routing, material flow)Support upgrades, process mapping, and user trainingProcess Engineering
Optimize manufacturing processes tailored to ETO workflowsSupport capacity planning and scalabilityCross-Functional Collaboration

Education & Experience
Bachelor's in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering (Master's preferred)8+ years in ETO or low-volume manufacturingExperience with quality systems, root cause tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D), and CAPABackground in SOP development and ERP improvement initiativesSkills & Competencies
Strong communication and facilitation skillsProficient in lean principles and continuous improvementSkilled in Excel, Power BI, TableauFamiliar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume environmentBenefits
