Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products. Service and Hospitality : Enhance member experiences through personal interactions. Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients. Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts. Professional Development : Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management. Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (we offer reimbursement!). Current CPR / AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants). A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed. Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Basic computer and technology skills. Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
