Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients. Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts. Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your expertise. Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management. Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (we offer a certification reimbursement program). Current CPR / AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants). A genuine passion for fitness and a drive to succeed. Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities.
