Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products. Service and Hospitality : Enhance member experiences through personal interactions. Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients. Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts. Professional Development : Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management. Current Personal Training certification (or a willingness to obtain one through our reimbursement program). Current CPR / AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants). A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed. Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Basic computer and technology skills. An energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor. Compensation for time spent in internal education to support your growth.
