This position is assigned to our Omaha, NE office. You will be involved in the entire design process for building projects including security, fire alarm, voice, data, audio / visual, and other low voltage systems. You will prepare engineering drawings and specifications, conduct site visits, review technical documents, interact with customers and vendors, and integrate Owner specific installation requirements with site applications. You will learn from more senior team leaders and be mentored.

Salary : $120,400.00 / yr - $158,025.00 / yr

What you'll do

• Provide technical design of systems for building projects including security, fire alarm, voice, data, audio / visual, and other low voltage systems.
• Prepare engineering drawings and specifications; conduct site visits and reviews of technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors; integrate Owner installation requirements with site-specific applications.
• Act as the technical expert on a specialized design and work on multiple concurrent projects.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this position is $120,400.00 to $158,025.00 . Jacobs offers health and welfare benefits, 401(k), stock purchase options, and paid time off. Eligible employees may enroll in deferred compensation plans. This position may be eligible for merit increases and bonuses.
