StartDate : 10 / 10 / 2025 Pay Rate : $1823.60 - $1974.00

This facility is seeking a Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : 10 / 10 / 2025- on going, 24 hours

Practice Setting : Hospital based

Types of Cases : Tracheotomy, Eighteen and older only

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC

Certifications Required : Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be board certified within 3 years after finishing), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Licensure Required : Ohio License
