Location Options : Kokomo, IN or Marion, IN (Your choice at time of hire)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Setting : Outpatient Pharmacy | Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Work Schedule :

MondayThursday : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Friday : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

No nights, weekends, or holiday shifts

1-hour lunch break daily (12 PM 1 PM)

Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Pharmacy Manager to lead operations in a high-impact, community-based healthcare environment. This role blends clinical excellence with leadership responsibility in an FQHC setting that values accessible and patient-centered care.

Youll manage day-to-day pharmacy functions, guide a dedicated team, and work closely with leadership to drive compliance, efficiency, and excellent service.

Responsibilities Include :

Directing pharmacy workflow, staff scheduling, and daily operations

Overseeing prescription fulfillment and verifying medication orders for accuracy

Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy

Managing inventory, ordering, and regulatory compliance for all medications, including controlled substances

Maintaining organized, up-to-date records for prescriptions, insurance claims, and audits

Ensuring a professional and patient-focused environment in the pharmacy

Assisting with telepharmacy support and participating in the development of new pharmacy locations

Communicating regularly with executive leadership to review operations and team progress

Candidate Requirements :

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution

Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing

Certified to administer immunizations

Minimum of 3 years in a pharmacy management or leadership position preferred

Previous experience with 340B programs or working in a Community Health Center is highly desirable
