Electrical Service Manager - Tampa
Position Overview :
The Electrical Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring projects and service calls are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. This is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of electricians and service technicians, developing client relationships, and driving the continued growth of the service business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service technicians and electricians.
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of service projects and emergency calls.
- Maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional work.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with codes and safety standards.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for the service division.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team and clients when needed.
- Drive business development within the service division by expanding client accounts and building new relationships.
