A company is looking for a Senior Manager, A&H Claims and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for travel insurance policies and train the Customer Service team on policy elements
Resolve complex customer escalations and implement proactive service strategies to enhance customer experience
Lead and develop the Customer Service team, ensuring alignment with organizational values and operational objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance operations, claims, or customer service management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Experience managing BPO arrangements on a global basis
Proficiency with CRM platforms and data analytics tools
Demonstrated expertise in complex claims handling and regulatory compliance
